ORDER REVIEW & PRODUCT ISSUES

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Care Culture Studios is not responsible for:

• Customer spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors

• Low-quality or blurry images uploaded by the customer

• Customer design errors

• Incorrect product choices, including size, color, quantity, type, or finish

• Issues reported after the 3-day reporting period

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please double-check your design, images, product options, and shipping address before ordering.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Care Culture Studios within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Clear photos or videos of the issue

• Photo of the shipping box and carrier label

• Photo with a ruler if the issue involves sizing

• Number of affected items

After reviewing the issue, Care Culture Studios may provide:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the issue is confirmed.
